Nomination Plaques

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - Chicago/Midwest Chapter is offering a handsome plaque commemorating Emmy® Award nominations, at a cost of $125 each, including shipping. The rosewood plaque is 8 x 10 with an inscribed gold plate featuring the Academy logo. Please allow 12 weeks for delivery. Plaques can be ordered from previous Emmy years.

Production Plaques

The Academy also has a Production Plaque available. These plaques are available for those individuals who contributed to the production of the Emmy Award-winning entry, but who are not eligible for a statuette. Photos of the production plaque are on the order form.

Production Certificates

The Academy also has a Production Certificate available for $35. Plaques with replicas of Statue

In addition, plaques with replicas of the statue are also available for purchase for those companies who contributed to the production of the Emmy Award-winning entry, but who are not eligible for to order a duplicate statuette. These plaques could also be ordered by companies who would prefer a plaque rather than a duplicate statue for display in their office. The plaques could list multiple wins. Additional Statue orders

Statues for eligible winning entrants and duplicate statues for eligible winning production and broadcast companies are also available for purchase. For an order form, please email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it For the 2008-2009 Chicago/Midwest Emmy year, the deadline for statue orders for a February 2010 delivery is December 1st.  Please note that this deadline has been extended to December 10th.

Statues can be ordered from previous Emmy years as well. Statues are available for purchase at any point during the year. The December 10th deadline is only so your ordered statue will be delivered by February 2010.

Broken/Replacement Statues

Do you need to replace your broken statue or would you to like to replace your old rectangle-based statue for the newer round-based statue?
