TWO SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINES UPCOMING- April 13, 2009 and March 11, 2009

1) For students currently enrolled in College/Graduate Programs:

The Chicago/Midwest Chapter of NATAS is offering four scholarships of $4,000 each for the 2009-2010 academic year for students pursuing a career in the television industry. Applicants must have attained senior level status, in a bachelor’s degree program, as of the Fall term of 2009 OR be enrolled in a graduate degree program in that term.  Deadline: April 13, 2009

2) For High School students entering College:

The Chicago/Midwest Chapter of NATAS is offering two scholarships to current high school seniors: The Don & Lorena Meier Scholarship and the 2009 Silver Circle Scholarship. Deadline: March 11, 2009.

These scholarships have been established by the Board of Governors to assist and encourage talented high school seniors preparing to attend post-secondary institutions and who are committed to careers in the television industry.
