MEMBER STATUETTES

For credit card payment, you can go to our member statuette payment page, however, you still need to fill out the order form. Just do not fill in the credit card information on the form. Mark it "PAID ONLINE."

NON-MEMBER STATUETTES

For the 2010-2011 Chicago/Midwest Emmy® year, the deadline for statuette orders for a February 2012 delivery is December 5th.

Statuettes can be ordered from previous Emmy® years as well. Statuettes are available for purchase at any point during the year. The December 5th deadline is only so your ordered statuette will be delivered by February 2012.

Broken/Replacement Statuettes

Do you need to replace your broken statuette or would you to like to replace your old rectangle-based statuette for the newer round-based statuette? Commemorative Statuettes

Winning stations, studios and production companies may order a commemorative statuette for display at their place of business (one each per company; up to a maximum of three per winning program or craft entry if there are multiple companies involved).  The statuette is engraved the same as the actual Emmy® Award, with the word “commemorative” added to the band.  Commemorative statuettes are not for individuals.  (Companies associated with winning program or craft entries may also purchase plaques that have a replica of the statuette and space to list the names/titles of employee award recipients for display at their offices.)? Nomination Plaques

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - Chicago/Midwest Chapter is offering a handsome plaque commemorating Emmy® Award nominations, at a cost of $125 each, including shipping. The rosewood plaque is 8 x 10 with an inscribed gold plate featuring the Academy logo. Please allow 12 weeks for delivery. Plaques can be ordered from previous Emmy® years.

Production Plaques

The Academy also has a Production Plaque available. These plaques are available for those individuals who contributed to the production of the Emmy Award-winning entry, but who are not eligible for a statuette. Photos of the production plaque are on the order form.

Production Certificates

The Academy also has a Production Certificate available for $35. These certificates are available for those individuals who contributed to the production of the Emmy Award-winning entry, but who are not eligible for a statuette. Download the Production Certificate Order Form

Plaques with replicas of Statue

In addition, plaques with replicas of the statue are also available for purchase for those companies who contributed to the production of the Emmy Award-winning entry, but who are not eligible for to order a duplicate statuette. These plaques could also be ordered by companies who would prefer a plaque rather than a duplicate statue for display in their office. The plaques could list multiple wins. College Student Production Win Crystal Pillars

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - Chicago/Midwest Chapter is offering a handsome duplicate crystal pillar commemorating College Student Production wins, at a cost of $125 each, including shipping. The crystal pillar is six inches high with inscribed text plate featuring the Academy logo. Please allow 12 weeks for delivery. Also, because students and the school are not eligible for EMMY STATUETTES for wins but a crystal pillar, please do not use EMMY NOMINEE or EMMY WINNER in any of your publicity materials. You can use this language: "Student Production Winner from the Television Academy, the producers of the Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards."
