• Tom Hooper, former anchor & Contact 6 consumer reporter, WITI-TV
• Bunny Raasch-Hooten, former WTMJ-TV anchor/reporter, and former reporter, anchor, assistant news director & news director, WISN-TV

The 2010 Chicago Silver Circle Honorees have been announced. They are:

Steve Sanders - Anchor/Reporter, WGN

Pam Zekman - Investigative Reporter, WBBM

They will be honored at a dinner on Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago, 163 East Walton, in Chicago. 

The Silver Circle Award was established to recognize and honor outstanding individuals who have devoted 25 years or more to the television industry and who have either made significant contributions to Chicago broadcasting, or who have spent the formative years of their career in Chicago. Nominees in academic, administrative,creative, journalistic, performing, or technical roles within the television industry are eligible. The information below, along with any additional materials supporting the nomination must be submitted to the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for review and consideration by the Silver Circle Committee and the Board of Governors. Nominations remain active for five years from submission.

Nomination forms must be received by October 30, 2009.
