Collectively known as "social media," blogs, YouTube and social networks like Facebook, Twitter and FourSquare are just some of the many tools that allow people to share knowledge and organize into groups online. This training is an introduction to social media.

You will learn how Twitter, Facebook and social media dashboards work. Social media expert and trainer Demetrio Maguigad of Community Media Workshop will demonstrate how to use these tools and help you think through how they fit into the work you do.
