The Silver Circle Honors dinner will be held on Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel, 163 East Walton Place, in downtown Chicago. Silver Circle honors outstanding
individuals who have devoted a quarter of a century or more to the television
industry and have made a significant contribution to Chicago
broadcasting. The Chicago/Midwest chapter is pleased to induct eight outstanding individuals this year.

2008 SILVER CIRCLE NOMINATION FORM
The Silver Circle Award was established to recognize and honor
outstandingindividuals who have devoted 25 years or more to the
television industry and who have either made significant contributions
to Chicago broadcasting, or who have spent the formative years of their
career in Chicago. Nominees in academic, administrative, creative,
journalistic, performing, or technical roles within the television
industry are eligible.The information below, along with any additional
materials supporting the nomination must be submitted to the
Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts
& Sciences for review and consideration by the Silver Circle
Committee and the Board of Governors. Nominations remain active for
three years from submission.
Nomination forms must be received October 31, 2007. Download a form below.

We recently announced the seven Chicago television greats who have been chosen for our 2007 Silver Circle.
They will be honored on May 4, 2007 at the Drake Hotel. The Silver Circle, established by the National Academy of Television
Arts and Sciences recognizes outstanding individuals who have devoted a
quarter of a century or more to the television industry both on-camera
and behind the scenes.
